Welcome to Framlit Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the services we provide. By visiting our website or using our services, you (“User”, “Client”, “You”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Framlit Studio is a freelance partnership agency of three members, offering creative services such as graphic design, video editing, 3D designs, UI/UX design, and e-commerce creatives.

1. Acceptance of Terms

When you use our website or hire us for services, you confirm that you:

  • Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Will comply with all the conditions mentioned below.

If you do not agree with these Terms, kindly do not use our website or services.

2. Services We Provide

We specialize in delivering creative services, including (but not limited to):

  • Graphic design (logos, banners, posters, etc.)
  • Video editing (long-form, reels, podcasts, etc.)
  • 3D design and animations
  • UI/UX design for websites and apps
  • E-commerce creatives (ads, product visuals, etc.)

Every project is unique. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will always be clearly defined before the project starts.

3. Payments & Billing

  • A token amount (50% of the total project cost) must be paid to begin any project.
  • The remaining 50% balance is payable at the time of final delivery.
  • Until full payment is made, all shared designs will carry watermarks. Once the balance is cleared, the final files without watermarks will be handed over.
  • Payments are accepted via PayPal and Razorpay in both INR and USD.
  • Clients are responsible for any applicable transaction or conversion fees charged by the payment provider.

4. Ownership of Work

  • Clients receive full ownership rights to the final designs only after full payment is received.
  • Before final payment, the designs shown are strictly for review purposes with watermarks.
  • Framlit Studio may showcase completed projects in its portfolio or promotional materials. However, if you have any objection to a particular project being featured, please let us know and it will be removed.

5. Revisions Policy

  • Each project includes a fixed number of free revisions, which will be mentioned in the project agreement.
  • Revisions are meant to refine the project and do not include creating a completely new design.
  • Any requests for extra revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional charges, depending on the complexity.
  • Timelines may extend if multiple revision requests are made.

We understand the importance of privacy in creative projects. Therefore:

  • Any data, content, or project files shared by the client will be treated as strictly confidential.
  • We will not disclose, sell, or share client information with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Therefore:

  • Framlit Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (technical issues, internet disruptions, client-side delays, etc.).

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • A client fails to make payments on time.
  • There is a breach of these Terms.
  • Our services are being misused for illegal or unethical purposes.

In case of termination due to non-compliance, any advance paid may be forfeited.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • If any issue arises, both parties agree to resolve it first through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiations.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Third-Party Tools & Links

  • Our website may use or contain links to third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Cloud, PayPal, and Razorpay.
  • While these are trusted providers, we are not responsible for their policies, content, or actions. Clients are encouraged to review their privacy and usage policies separately.

12. Changes to Terms

  • Framlit Studio may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will be considered as acceptance of the new Terms.
