Refund Policy
Understand our refund and return policies for our services.
At Framlit Studio, we put our best efforts into every project. We believe that completing a project successfully is a shared responsibility between our team and the client. While we aim to achieve a mutually acceptable solution in case of dissatisfaction, refunds are considered only as a last resort.
If you are unhappy with our services, we strongly encourage you to first contact us at info@framlit.com for a final discussion before submitting a refund request.
1. Token Amount Refunds
- A 50% token amount of overall project cost is required to initiate any project.
- If the project has not started at all, clients are eligible for a full refund of the token amount.
- If the project is accepted but no design execution has started, 50% of the deposited token amount will be refunded.
- Once the project is in progress, refund eligibility depends on the stage of completion (see section 3).
2. Filing a Complaint Before Refund
- Dissatisfaction with services should first be discussed with our team so we can attempt a solution.
- Refund requests will only be considered after this discussion if no mutually acceptable solution is reached.
3. Refunds Based on Work Progress
- No Work Started: 100% of the deposited token amount will be refunded, if the project design and planning is not underway/finalised.
- Initial Stage (planning done but no design executed): 50% of the deposited token amount will be refunded.
- Half Work Completed: 20% of the token amount will be refunded.
- Full Work Completed: No refund is applicable, as the project has already been delivered in full.
The remaining 50% balance is payable only at delivery. If the client cancels before delivery, no additional payment will be charged.
4. Refund Policy Exceptions
Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:
- If the client fails to make agreed payments on time.
- If required project information, materials, or approvals are not provided in a timely manner.
- If a client delays communication or prevents project completion.
- If the client requests delivery without providing complete instructions and later changes requirements.
- No compensation will be offered for delivery delays unless a specific penalty agreement has been signed before the project started.
5. Refund Processing Timeline & Charges
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines (PayPal, Razorpay, or client’s bank/card provider).
- Currently, Framlit Studio bears the payment gateway transaction fees. However, this policy may be revised in the future.
6. Changes to Refund Policy
Framlit Studio reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
