Cancellation Policy

Learn about our cancellation policies and procedures.

At Framlit Studio, we respect the time and effort of both our clients and our team. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which a project may be cancelled, what happens after cancellation, and how refunds and file rights are managed.

1. Requesting a Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation of a project through email (info@framlit.com) or by contacting us via phone (+91 9451 734320).
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email) or formally acknowledged on call for record purposes.

2. Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • If a client cancels a project before any work has started, they will receive a full refund of the token amount, after deducting applicable payment gateway fees.
  • If a client cancels a project midway (after partial work), they will be eligible for a refund according to our Refund Policy.
  • In cancellation cases, clients will generally receive refunds only. However, if the client specifically requests, we may provide partially completed files in watermarked form, along with the applicable refund.

3. Agency-Initiated Cancellation

Framlit Studio reserves the right to cancel a project under the following conditions:

  • Non-payment or repeated payment delays.
  • Lack of communication or failure to provide necessary project details and approvals.
  • Client requests work for unethical, harmful, or illegal purposes.
  • Breach of agreed Terms & Conditions.

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy, after deducting applicable charges.

4. Effect of Cancellation

  • Once a project is cancelled, all rights to incomplete work remain with Framlit Studio unless full payment has been made.
  • If the client has already completed full payment before cancellation, then:
  • All completed files will be handed over to the client.
  • Any related project data stored by us will be securely deleted.
  • Clients who cancel before completing payment will not have ownership rights over unfinished or draft files.

5. Refund & Charges

  • Refunds after cancellation will follow our Refund Policy.
  • In all cases, bank, payment gateway, and transaction charges will be deducted before processing refunds.
  • Refunds are usually completed within 7 to 10 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.

6. Final Decision

  • Framlit Studio always prioritizes resolving issues through mutual discussion before proceeding with cancellation.
  • However, the final decision on cancellation and refund eligibility rests with Framlit Studio, based on the circumstances of each project.
